Much of our recent work has been on conversion work and for projects internal to the company we have been working for. Here we are placing as many examples of our work as we can however, many it is impossible to show at present.
Ughandi
B Water project. (March 2006)
The brief - to create a site for a fundraising project to raise money to provide a water supply to a village in Tanzania. The site was to provide further information to potential sponsors and participants in fundraising events. The site was urgent and so was created in 2 days. The overriding theme had to be water and a basic idea of a logo for the heading had been conceived by the project co-ordinators in wordart which needed turning into water themed reality. The page transitions were especialy requested.
We Provided - The logo based on the original conept by the owners; all background graphics and site design and layout; coding for the forms to allow site owners to add events and news updates.

The
Breast Feeding Club (commenced 2005- ongoing work)
The brief - to create an online advice and support site for breast feeders. It had to be colourful; humorous; anything but clinical; fun; silly in places; including a forum; cheap;
We provided - all design and layout, graphics and installation and skinning of the forum software, some of the copy for the pages.
This site is being created for and by a group of volunteers hence it is a slow building process and still evolving as the group make decisions to add, amend and remove sections. It is due for full public release in the summer of 2006 (if they can all decide what they want done in time).
Update - the Breast Feeding Club was put on hold due to pregnancy of 2 of it's founding memebrs, it is now expected to be completed sometime in 2007 for a late 2007 full launch)
The brief - A mother in Iceland with family spread across the world wanted to share some early photos with them. A web site seemed the ideal way but while the family had the ideas they didn't know how to put it in practice.
We provided - the front page graphics (from their own photos) and scripting to create the scroll. Resizing of all images on pages and coding to create the layout and pop up full versions within the family's layout design using their own text and colours, the snowflakes (by special request).

Netmums
(since 2004)
Sharron is a volunteer with netmums.com. She is a local site editor, administrator on their forums (one public, one private) and helps out with the design and technical side when she can. It is impossible to point out which bits are her work as Netmums is very much a collaborative site with many people contributing to all parts but you'll find her on the CoffeeHouse.
She was very involved with Netmums conversion from static HTML files to a dynamic php/MySQL based site in 2005 and has created hp/mysql systems to run surveys and polls including the Netmums food labelling survey of 2007 which was featured on national television news.
