At rosharn.co.uk web development we specialise in making sites for small business, clubs, societies and other similar organisations.

But our sites don't have to be small - they can be as big as you want.

We're just as happy designing a home page for you to share your family photos on as we are implementing a full shopping cart system and for your online store and everything in between.

We are pretty unique in a our way of working. We offer various services and componenets through our collaborators. If your site requires the services of these collaborators we co-ordinate everything for you and ensure all components work for your site and is ready on time to save you the hassle of project managing all the seperate components yourself. It's a bit like us sub-contracting parts except that you always know who is doing which part and can even contact them directly. And there's none of the hiked up fees associated with sub-contracting, you will know exactly what each person charges for which part. You can find our current collaborators on the services page but we are always working on finding new collaborators, with different skills, that we believe will enhance the services available to you - the client.

We are especially happy to support parents who work from home in their business ventures and design and develop sites for parents starting up their own business at special rates while being happy to discuss ways you can spread the cost of setting up your web site.

Why do we do this? It's simple - we are work from home parents. Sharron, the main techy brain (designer/developer) behind rosharn.co.uk (Sharron - rosharn - get it?) is a mother who set up her web design business from home after having her first child and deciding she didn't want to go back to working in an office. All of our collaborators are also work from home parents. We understand the needs of work from home parents - the odd hours they end up working, the pressure to do 'it all', the fact that things do not always go to plan, that sometimes the children need to come first . . . For these reasons we never over commit ourselves, and we don't expect you to either.

We always promise you a personal service, with the personal touch.

Those same reasons are why we don't take on huge design jobs from enormous companies. We have done in the past - but working with a corporate machine always ends up being more stress than it's ever worth! If you are a big company and you can prove to us you're different then we'd love to be proven wrong.
